煤矿放炮员不安全动作分析与解决对策

Analysis and Solutions of Unsafe Act of Coalmine Blasters

摘要: 以煤矿放炮员不安全动作为统计指标,对我国1980-2011年54起煤矿特别重大放炮事故进行统计,得到7大类、22种不安全放炮动作。进一步分析,发现造成这些不安全动作的原因主要有两方面,一是放炮员安全知识不足、安全意识不高,以及安全习惯不佳;二是放炮现场监控不到位。据此,提出相应解决对策,即采用分级式安全培训来提高和改善放炮员的安全知识、安全意识,以及安全习惯;采用远程放炮监控来实现对放炮员放炮操作的监控。

Abstract: 54 massive colliery blasting accidents from 1980 to 2011 were analyzed statistically with regard to the unsafe act of blasters, finding 7 categories (22species) unsafe blasting act. It is found that two reasons resulting in the unsafe act through the further analyse : one is ordered as unsafe habit, lack of safety knowledge and safety awareness of blasters ; The other is get on bad with the blasting monitoring. On this basis, a graded safety training was used to enrich the safety knowledge, increase the safety awareness and improve the safety habit of the blasters; Remote blasting monitoring is used to monitor and improve the blasting operation of blasters.
