波纹与平腹板H型钢吊车梁特征值屈曲分析

摘要: 摘要 :本文结合一个中级工作制工业厂房标准吊车梁,利用 ANSYS 软件建立波纹腹板与平腹板H型钢吊车梁的三维有限元模型,采用 Block Lanczos 方法,模拟出前六阶屈曲特征值和其屈曲模态,并通过对波纹与平腹板吊车梁在吊车荷载作用下屈曲特征值、最大位移及屈曲模态的比较,分析出两者在抗弯抗剪承载能力及经济性上的差异。

Abstract: Abstract: In this paper, combining with a standard intermediate crane beam for industrial plants, the 3-D finite element model of the crane beam was built by using ANSYS software. First six eigenvalues and buckling modes were deduced by Block Lanczos method, and the capacity of bearing and economic differences of two kinds of crane girders in crane loads were illustrated by comparing the buckling eigenvalues, maximum displacement and buckling mode.
