井筒基岩段过特殊地层井壁设计及施工优化

Shaft lining design and construction optimization in special formation through bedrock

摘要: 基于朱集西煤矿风井井筒基岩段地质条件十分复杂,采用理论计算得出在该特殊地层中需要在井壁中配筋;研究了风井井壁结构的优化,调整了在特殊地层的井壁施工方案,结果表明井壁承载力得到提高,井筒顺利通过特殊地层。

Abstract: Because the geological conditions in bedrock section of Zhu Ji Xi Coal Mine wind shaft is very complicated, reinforcement concrete in the shaft lining in the special formation in adopted through theory calculation; Air shaft lining structure is optimized and shaft lining construction program is adjusted in the special formation. The result is clear that lining bearing capacity is improved and shaft safety is ensured in special formation.
