摘要:
根据两种骨架模型的特点,通过发布几何特征和复制几何特征,将静态骨架模型转化为运动骨架模型,既可以确定支架各零部件的外形,又可以实现支架的机构优化、运动仿真;利用Pro/E中直接测量到的相关参数,通过在关系对话框中输入计算公式,即可提取到主要力学参数。应用表明,利用骨架模型进行两柱掩护式液压支架自顶而下的设计,可以满足设计要求,代表了液压支架的设计方向。

Abstract:
According to the characteristics of two kinds of skeleton model, through the publish geometry and copy geometry, the static skeleton model can be changed into motion skeleton model, which can define the shape of each component part of support , optimize the support mechanism and motion simulation. By using the related parameters measured directly in Pro/E, inputing the calculation formula in the dialog box, main mechanics can be calculated. Application shows that, the top-down method which using skeleton model meets requirements and represents the design direction in the future.
