防爆铲运车用柴油机曲轴的有限元分析

摘要:

本文针对煤矿井下用防爆柴油机在使用过程中出现的曲轴断裂现象,使用动力学仿真软件AVL Excite建立了该防爆柴油机的曲轴系多体动力学仿真模型,并进行了几个工作循环下的曲轴动应力分析,结果表明防爆柴油机曲轴第六拐的最大主应力值接近材料的极限值,在超负荷的工况下运转容易出现断裂现象,和现场结果相符合,为解决曲轴断裂现象,优化曲轴设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

In view of the coal mine underground explosion-proof diesel engine in use in the process of crankshaft fracture phenomenon, the use of dynamic simulation software AVL Excite established the explosion-proof diesel engine crankshaft system multi-body dynamics simulation model ,and several working cycle of crankshaft dynamic stress analysis, The results show that the maximum of the sixth crank stress values of explosion-proof diesel engine close to the limit, operation in overload conditions is easier to be broken, and the results of conformity, the theoretical basis is provided in order to solve the fracture and optimize the crankshaft.
