轴流式风机特性曲线的图形数字化及优化研究

摘要:本文以风机特性曲线矢量化软件为平台,在深入研究其采集原理和轴流式风机特性曲线图形特征的基础上,通过分析轴流式风机特性曲线图形的采集过程,发现:1)采集点的数目可以控制在6个以下,甚至3个即能满足要求;2)除关键点外,采集点的位置应集中在曲线拐弯处,采集效果比较好;3)拟合方程的最高次数为2次,即能满足大部分轴流式风机特性曲线数字化的需求。

Abstract:

Abstract: With the assistance of the vector software for the characteristic curve figure of axial flow fan and based on the study of the gathering principle and the curve figure’s characteristics, this paper finds out: 1) the number of collection point can be controlled under six, or even three;2)except for the key points, the position of collection points should be on the turning point of the curve for better effect; 3)to meet the digitalization of most collection, the highest power of the fitting equation needs to be no higher than two.
