乏风流速与燃烧温度之间关系的实验研究

摘要:通过配置浓度为0.75%的极低浓度甲烷来模拟矿井乏风,使0.75%浓度的甲烷以不同的速度通过不同温度高温炉膛,收集炉膛排除的气体,并对收集气体进行测试,以得到矿井乏风高温氧化的条件和规律。实验通过调整进入炉膛的乏风流速和炉膛温度以得到乏风在不同流速不同温度下的氧化情况。结果表明,相同浓度的乏风以不同流速通过高温炉膛时,其流动速度越大其完全氧化所需要的炉膛温度越高;其流动速度越小其开始氧化所需的温度越低;

Abstract:

Abstract: experimental through deploying extremely low concentrations methane whose concentration are 0.75% to imitate coal mine ventilation air methane. Making the 0.75% concentration of methane through high temperature furnace, and collect the exclude gases of furnace. Then to detect the collected gas and confirm the conditions and characteristics of coal mine ventilation air methane.The study show; when The same concentration of VAM different flow rates through the high temperature furnace,Its flow rate is greater the higher the furnace temperature needed for complete oxidation;Flow rate the smaller the lower the temperature of oxidation required;
