摘要:

摘 要: 基于具体生产项目中动筛跳汰机处理能力不足,文章分析了问题的原因并提出解决方案。经解决改良后,动筛跳汰机处理能力大大提高,系统运行平稳可靠,故障率低,处理量大,满足了矿井生产能力配套的需求。本文为类似项目动筛跳汰机的生产使用提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

Abstract: In actual production occasions, the movable sieve jig sometimes fails to provide a sufficient processing capacity. This paper analyzes the causes of the problem and presents some solutions. With the solutions implemented, the processing capacity of the movable sieve jig has been greatly improved, and this helps to bring about a more balanced mine production capacity by enhancing the system’s operating reliability, reducing its down time caused by failures and raising its processing efficiency. Thus, this paper can be of some reference value for production projects with movable sieve jigs operating on site.
