大断面垂直煤仓快速安全施工技术探讨及应用

摘要:大断面垂直煤仓在施工过程中,由于施工工艺及现场劳动组织管理比较复杂,致使施工效率及安全系数较低。为了解决这一施工技术问题,军城煤矿在施工大断面煤仓过程中,根据本矿施工技术条件,参考了相关文献资料,着重从煤仓施工的效率、安全入手,对煤仓掘进、支护工艺及劳动组织管理进行了研究探讨。研究结果表明:通过对煤仓施工工艺及现场劳动组织优化调整,施工效率提高了30%以上;通过加强施工现场安全管理,对施工中存在的主要安全隐患采取有效防治措施,保证了施工安全。

Abstract:

Abstract: large cross section vertical coal bunker in the construction process, the construction technology and field management of labor organization and more complicated, thus the construction efficiency and the safety coefficient is low. In order to solve the technical problem of construction, the military city in large cross section coal bunker in coal mine construction process, according to the mine construction technology conditions, with reference to the relevant literature, highlights from the bunker construction efficiency, safety and proceed with of bunker, excavation, support process and the labor organization and management are discussed. Research results show that: the coal bunker construction process and site optimization of labor organization adjustment, the construction efficiency is improved by more than 30%; by strengthening the construction site safety management, for the construction of the main safe hidden trouble to take effective measures, ensure construction safety.
