黑岱沟露天矿采区转向期间配剥工程优化设计

摘要:

为保证黑岱沟露天煤矿采区转向期间及后期产能的连续和稳定,本论文充分肯定采区之间配剥的必要性,分析并计算最小配剥工程量。为达到以最小的投入快速渡过因采区转向引起的剥离洪峰的目的,充分利用新旧设备更替的产能叠加效益和经济灵活的外委方式,论文提出了5个不同基准的配剥方案,从投资成本、经济效益和生产组织等几个方面加以比选,得到最优配剥方案,并编制了配剥计划。

Abstract:

In order to meet the needs of production support during the time of mining district steering in Heidaigou surface coal mine, the papers analysis the necessity of distribution and minimal distribution of stripping. In order to district to cause split peak with minimal inputs through the mining, the papers make full use of production capacity of additive effects of turnover of new and used equipment and economic flexibility to assign.. For the best distribution of stripping report from the upper five different feasibility reports, comparison and selection is based on the following indicators such as investment costs, economic efficiency and production organizations.
