平朔东露天矿剥离综合工艺优化研究

Optimization of Combined Stripping System in Donglutian Open-pit

摘要:

文章结合平朔东露天矿开采条件,进行了剥离工艺优化。根据东露天矿地形地质特征、岩层、煤层的赋存特点和气候条件等,分别针对上部黄土层、4号煤层以上岩石层、煤层间岩石层提出可能选用的开采工艺方案,并对备选方案进行定性的分析和定量的对比,确定各开采层位的可行工艺方案。通过各层位可行工艺进行组合,得出平朔东露天全部可行的综合工艺方案集合。通过与开采工艺直接相关的露天矿经济指标对比分析,最终确定东露天矿采用半连续综合工艺,即松散层剥离外包、4煤顶板30m以上采用3套自移式破碎机半连续工艺系统、其余剥离采用单斗—卡车间断工艺。

Abstract:

This paper makes an optimization of stripping system of Donglutian Open-pit based on its mining conditions. According to the conditions of topography, geology, rock, coal seam and climate in the pit, this paper proposes several stripping plans for different levels including the upper layer of loess, rock layer above the No.4coal seam, rock layer between coal seams. And analyzes these plans qualitatively and quantitatively, determines the possible stripping methods for different levels. Based on the combination of these plans, a set of feasible plans for operations in Donglutian Open-pit is obtained. By analyzing economic indicators about the open pit mine, the combined semi-continuous system is selected for the mine at last , details as: the loose layer of peel is outsourced, 3 sets of self-moving crusher are used in 4th coal roof above 30m, and single bucket - truck intermittent process is used for the rest
