深井硬岩大断面巷道综合机械化掘进施工技术

摘要:

本文以新巨龙矿井2号辅助运输大巷为工程背景,采用现场监测、理论分析、试验研究、工程类比相结合的研究方法,针对硬岩大断面巷道的掘进问题,对综掘机选型、切割工艺、临时支护工艺、永久支护、长距离连续辅助运输等几个方面进行研究,实现深井硬岩大断面巷道的安全优质综合机械化掘进。

关键词: 深井硬岩, 快速掘进, 施工技术

Abstract:

In this paper, Based on the Xinjulong No. 2 auxiliary transportation roadway as engineering background, the experimental research on field monitoring, theoretical analysis, research methods, the engineering analogy combined, according to the problems of large section roadway excavation in hard rock, the digging machine selection, cutting process, temporary supporting technology, research of long distance continuous auxiliary transportation safety and quality, achieve comprehensive mechanization tunneling of large section roadway in deep hard rock .
