The Pressure Distribution Math Modeling Research of Coal Slurry Transportation Pipeline Based on Mechanism Analysis

摘要:

煤泥输送管道的压力分布与多种因素有关,且呈现复杂非线性关系。本文分析了煤泥输送管道压力损失的机理和影响因素,并考虑到煤泥输送管道的压力损失是剪切应力和摩擦阻力共同作用的结果,建立了水平直管、倾斜管道和垂直管道的压力分布模型。测试结果表明,该模型能较准确的计算出煤泥输送管道的压力分布。

Abstract:

Coal slurry pipeline pressure distribution is related to many factors, and presents the complex nonlinear relationship. The pressure lossmechanism and influence factors of coal slurry pipeline are analyzed in this paper.Considering the coal slurry pipeline pressure loss is combined action of shear stress and frictional resistance, the pressure distribution modelsof the horizontal straight pipe, inclined pipe and vertical pipeline are built respectively.Test results show that the model can accurately calculate the stress distribution of coal slurry pipeline.
