Abstract:

This Paper introduces the working principle, structure and the control strategy of single machine control system of the domestic first binderless high-pressure roller briquetting machine used for lignite upgrading. At the same time, according to the needs of the production of remote real-time monitoring and controlling several roller machine, combined with the technical advantage of PLC and DCS, using DP communication mode to achieve real-time monitoring and controlling several roller machines. This way is proved to improve the safety and reliability of the system.
