新疆淮东动力煤选煤厂工艺设计探讨

Discussion on the design of Coal Preparation Plant of thermal coal for Huaidong in Xin jiang

摘要: 基于新疆淮东煤炭资源开采过程中顶底板和夹矸的混入导致煤质不稳定的情况,以大井南矿井配套选煤厂工艺设计为例,介绍了原煤灰分预测,资料调整以及分选工艺的确定方法,指出在设计过程中,应重视煤质资料分析和校正;对于动力煤选煤厂,在满足产品的要求下,应尽量降低末煤的入选量;要充分考虑系统的灵活性,适应煤质和产品结构的变化。

Abstract: The Huai dong coal of Xinjiang have abundant resources and thick coal seam, but in the mining process, the coal is instability, because of mixing with the top, the bottom and the entrained gangue ,and must been sorted. Such as the design of coal preparation plant matched with Da jing nan mine, the process including the coal ash forecasting, data adjustment and process determination are described .The principles and elements to pay attention are proposed. It has a good guidance to design large coal preparation plant of power coal in the area.
