煤层气发电工程节能环保诊断分析

摘要: 煤层气作为一种非常规清洁能源,其利用工程还处于初期阶段,节能环保诊断是深入挖掘企业节能减排潜力的重要途径。以煤层气发电工程为案例,通过远程初诊、现场诊断、诊断分析三步法对煤层气发电工程进行节能环保诊断。分析了电站主要耗能设备能源利用效率、能量损失和环境影响,并提出工程改造建议。最后建议煤层气利用工程从内部通过节能环保诊断方法促进节能降耗、挖潜增效来提高煤层气利用工程经济性。

Abstract: Coalbed methane(CBM) as a kind of unconventional clean energy, and CBM utilization project is still in its infancy. Energy conservation and environmental protection diagnosis is a important way to dig deeper into energy conservation and emissions reduction potential of the enterprise. Take CBM power generation project as a example, using the three steps method with remote initiatory diagnosis、field diagnosis、diagnostic analysis to diagnose the CBM power generation project. The energy utilization rate、energy loss of the main energy-consuming equipment and the pollutant emission were analyzed. And the retrofit schemes were also proposed. Finally, the suggestion was put forward: the low concentration CBM power generation should improve the economy by saving energy and reducing consumption, tapping potential and increasing benefit from power plant itself. The application of the three steps method in coal industry has the important significance of the energy conservation and environmental protection.
