察哈素煤矿综采面末采段等压开采技术研究

摘要: 为研究察哈素煤矿综采工作面在末采阶段矿压显现规律、保障设备快速回撤,现以该矿3101首采面末采阶段开采实践为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法,结合循环增阻速度判据和末阻力来压判据分析工作面来压特征,确定合理等压位置和推进计划。结果表明:3101工作面正常开采时周期来压步距为18.6m,来压持续长度4~6m。利用停采等压技术可有效控制来压位置,减小来压步距;合理留设等压位置,可保证挂网和贯通回撤阶段顶板压力显现较缓和;采用循环增阻速度和末阻力来压判据相结合的方法能更加有效地分析工作面来压特征。

Abstract: In order to study and master the behavior and characteristics of mine pressure at mechanized coal face of large mining height during end-mining and ensure equipments rapid retracement in Chahasu coal mine, this research was made on the governance practices in 3101 working face, combined the theories and field measurement, in order to determine reasonable yield mining position and mining plan, the behavior of mine pressure during end-mining were analyzed by using end resistance weighting criterion and resistance increase rate weighting criterion. The study result shows that the periodic weighting distance is 18.6m and the sustain length is 4~6m in 3101 working face. It could control weighting position and decrease weighting length effectively by using yield mining technology. Reasonable position of yield mining could make sure a mild roof strata behavior when hanging nets, cut-through and equipments retracement. It could be more effective by combining end resistance weighting criterion and resistance increase rate weighting criterion to analyze the behavior of mine pressure.
