柔性网护顶技术在综采面快速回撤中的应用

摘要: 基于工作面回撤期间易受顶板冒落、煤壁片帮的影响,通过引入纤维柔性网护顶技术代替金属网片铺、联网工艺,简化了工作面收尾作业工序,降低了职工的劳动强度和危险性系数,提高了工作面资源利用率和回撤效率,该工艺对类似条件下的综采面快速回撤具有较好的借鉴价值。

Abstract: Based on the working face during the retreat, vulnerable to the effect of the roof caving and the coal wall help. Through introducing the technology of flexible mesh, which was applied to replace the steel mesh in pavement and mesh connection technique, to simplify the terminal process of the roof pavement and reduce the labor intensity of miners and the risk coefficient. The applying of the technology was improved the rate of the coal resources utilization and the efficiency of the mining terminal. The technology of flexible mesh for similar fully mechanized face under the condition of rapid retreat has good reference value.
