煤粉制备系统安全设计探讨

Present Powdered Coal Preparation System Safety Design

摘要: 煤粉属于易燃易爆危险品,制粉系统的安全性非常重要。文章从制粉工艺、N2保护系统、C2灭火系统以及生产管理等方面介绍了其制粉系统的安全设计,并结合张家峁水煤浆厂制粉系统的运行情况,总结了制粉系统安全性设计的相关经验。

Abstract: Powdered Coal Preparation System, as a manufacture assistant system, has been extensively used among power plants, cement plants and steel plants. With the increasing number of projects of combusting the powered coal, the demands of powdered coal products have been largely increased. In 2012, the established SCCIG Shenmu Zhangjiamao SWS Plant had put into operation, which is the first and also the largest powdered coal preparation plant in China. The EPC of plant was operated by CCTEG Beijing Huayu Engineering Co., Ltd. Powdered coal is easily turn to spontaneous combustion or explosive under certain conditions. The finished powdered coal must to be collected by the bag dust collector. Compared with power plant and steel plant’s combusting the finished powered coal directly, it is more dangerous to collect the completed powered coal to the completed products warehouse. After knowing the design of SCCIG Shenmu Zhangjiamao SWS Plant and visiting some power plants, steel plants and cement plants, this article summarizes some experience of designing a safe powered coal making system.
