摘要: 为了解决以往掘进工作面移动设备多、掘支不能平行作业、无法实现连续运输的问题,进一步提高掘进作业的安全性和掘进效率,神东煤炭集团大胆创新,改革了现有的掘进工艺,创造性地开发了快速掘进系统,快速掘进系统大大减少了移动设备的数量、实现了掘支平行作业和煤的连续运输,该系统的成功应用进一步提升了作业区域的安全水平,同时大大提高了工作面掘进效率。

Abstract: Daliuta coal mine creatively developed high efficient full face tunnel drivage machine and ancillary equipment, reformed the tunneling technology system, and improved the tunneling efficiency, at the same time efficiency has. But high efficiency face a variety of problems in the application process middle, restricted the further development of fast driving system, for example, bolter end top air safety, transportation system, blocking the lump step type self advancing tail walking deviation problem, ventilation and dust removal system optimization problem. Solving these problems have important meaning to further improve the rapid excavation system efficiency and practicability.
