矿用红外甲烷传感器的研究

Research on infrared methane sensor for Mine

摘要: 基于红外检测原理,以MSP430F1611单片机为核心设计了一种红外甲烷传感器。为了提高红外光的稳定性和对电路提供过压保护,设计了光源稳压驱动电路;经过硬件滤波之后,采集信号中仍然有噪声干扰,随后使用FIR滤波器,对经过硬件滤波后的信号进行数字滤波处理;实验室条件下,利用该传感器测量标准甲烷气体,实测结果表明该传感器的精度适合于煤矿行业的甲烷检测。

Abstract: Based on the principle of infrared detection, MSP430F1611 was taked as the core to design a kind of infrared methane sensor. In order to improve the stability of infrared light and provide circuit over-voltage protection, voltage driving circuit was designed; Through the hardware filter circuit, signal acquisition still contained noise, and then , the signal after the hardware filtering , was filtered digitally using FIR filter; In the laboratory , the sensor was used to test standard methane gas ,and the measurement results show that the precision of the sensor is suitable for methane detection in coal industry.
