复合瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料的性能及膨胀机理研究

摘要: 介绍了一种以普通硅酸盐水泥、高铝水泥熟料、石膏、石灰为主体的复合瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料,并测定了该材料的膨胀率、膨胀时间、凝固时间和强度等特性。研究表明,所研制的复合瓦斯抽采钻孔密封材料具有一定的膨胀性,速凝早强,能满足瓦斯抽采钻孔注浆密封的要求。其既具有水泥材料的高致密性,又具有聚氨酯类材料的膨胀性能,且价格低廉。

Abstract: This article introduces a kind of ordinary Portland cement and calcium sulphoaluminate cement clinker, gypsum and lime as the main composite gas drainage hole sealing material,and has determined the characteristics such as expansion rate, inflation time, coagulation time and intensity and so on.The research indicated, develops the compound materials have certain expansibility, fast congeals early strongly, can satisfy the gas to pull out picks the drill hole note thick liquid seal the request. Make it not only has high density of cement material, but also with the expansion of the polyurethane materials performance, and low cost.
