忻州窑矿冲击地压综合防治技术研究与应用

Research of “55” prevention and control technologies on pressure bump in Xinzhouyao coal mine

摘要: 针对忻州窑矿冲击地压防治存在的预测预报手段落后、控制措施针对性不强、主动防御性差及防治技术不成熟等问题,在介绍冲击地压防治现状的基础上,分析了冲击地压发生的主要成因,提出了由钻屑法、微震法、矿压法、电磁法、综合法5种预测预报技术及“卸、断、护、支、避”5种综合控制技术构成的“55”综合防治技术,并在11号煤层西二盘区8937综放工作面进行现场应用,治理效果显著,达到了主动防御。

Abstract: according to the problems containing dated forcast methods, pointless control and a lack of technology system in prevention and control technologies against pressure bump in Xinzhouyao coal mine, based on pressure bump characters and regular patterns analysis, features and regularities were summarised, That rock burst occurred in adjacent air along the trough, the work surface, forward speed > prone to impact of 2 meters are prone to the impact and depth of the mining of 240m-350m; Through experimental analysis, in-situ stress measurement and field practice analysis, three points are obtained,coal seam with strong impact force, strong horizontal structure stress, and the muti-stress plused by mining. 55 prevention and control tecnologies was discovered, including a forcast system of five methods: drill, micro shake, mine pressure, electromagnectic, and full utilization, and a control system of five ways: release, break, protecting, prop and avoiding. The applications of Xinzhouyao mine rockburst occurrence by a decrease of 34 since 2009 to 4 in 2014, the treatment effect is significant.
