绿色建筑优势及其发展阻碍分析

摘要: 介绍了绿色建筑的概念和发展情况,从环境保护、健康舒适性和经济性三个方面分析了绿色建筑的优势,并结合我国国情,分析了绿色建筑在我国发展的阻碍,包括诸多社会因素,高额的先期投入,以及设计、施工中存在的技术性难题,展望了绿色建筑的发展前景。

关键词: 绿色建筑, 温室气体, 气候改变, 环境保护

Abstract: Because there has been a dramatic increase in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from human activities in recent decades, the climate and environment can be getting worse. Therefore, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change was created and a series of treaties were made to limit the amount of GHG emissions from various countries. The building sectorhas become the largest contributor of GHG emissionsaffecting the environment around the world. It is suggested that 30% to 40% of the total energy consumption comes from the building sector worldwide and this ratio is increasing continuously [2]. Consequently, the building industry from various countries has gradually recognized the importance of green or sustainable concept and embedded this ‘new idea’ into their construction projects. Green buildings (GB) are considered as a holistic method to mitigate climate change, protect both the environment and human health, sothey would certainly become an important development trend worldwide. However, at the current stage, the development and construction of GBhas encountered variousdifficultiesand challenges, which should be classified and tackled effectively. Only then will GB be developed in a good way.
