煤矿长距离缓坡斜井盾构法施工通风风量及负压计算研究

Research on Ventilation Volume and Negative Pressure for Mine Inclined Shaft Shield Construction with Long Distance and Gentle slope

摘要: 以新街一井缓坡斜井盾构法施工为工程背景,研究得出了长距离缓坡斜井盾构法施工不同风筒长度的风量及负压变化规律。研究表明,缓坡斜井盾构法施工随着风筒长度的增加,所需风机供风量呈线性递增,对应通风负压呈二次非线性递增。研究成果应用于示范工程,通过适时调整通风机风量,可以满足长距离缓坡斜井下坡盾构施工通风相关要求,并有效地降低通风机能耗。

Abstract: Taking a mine shaft shield construction as the background,the ventilation volume and negative pressure change rule was studied for mine inclined shaft shield construction with long distance and gentle slope. The results indicate that air supply amount of fan is a linear monotone increasing with the length increasing of the construction,Correspondingly,the ventilation negative pressure increases by square. Research results applied in the demonstration project,which adjusts timely ventilation volume of fan to meet the requirements of inclined shaft shield construction and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the ventilator.
