高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓机理及防治技术

The Deformation Mechanism and Prevention of Floor Heave of Roadway Near Goaf Side in High Swelling and Soft Rock

摘要: 为解决高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷严重底鼓问题,采用十字布点、钻孔成像等方法对高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷变形规律及煤柱上覆岩层破断结构进行了现场实测,以此为基础分析了高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓变形关键影响因素及变形机理。研究结果表明,围岩应力和煤柱自身强度为高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓变形的关键影响因素|邻空侧上覆岩层失稳活化为其剧烈底鼓变形的根源。据此提出了高膨胀松软围岩邻空巷底鼓防治技术:①侧向切顶优化围岩应力|②巷旁充填弱化覆岩活化程度|③注浆加固提高煤柱自身强度,以期为高膨胀松软围岩煤层的安全高效回采提供借鉴。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of serious floor heave of roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock,the paper measured the deformation pattern and the structure of overlying strata by cross layout and borehole imaging methods,as a basis analysised the key factors of floor heave of roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock.The results showed that rock stress and coal pillar strength were the key factors;the instability activation of overburden of roadway ner goaf side was the root of serious floor heave.Accordingly the paper proposed the new technologies to control the floor heave of roadway near goaf side in high swelling and soft rock:1)lateral roof cutting to optimized surrouding rock stress;2)packing to weak the rock activation degree;3)grouting reinforcement to improve the coal pillar strength.These ways provided a reference for the satety and high efficient mining of high expansion and soft rock.
