厚硬顶板切顶卸压围岩变形控制技术研究

Surrounding Rock Deformation Control of Thick and Hard Roof Roadway Based on Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief

摘要: 为解决厚硬顶板影响下动压巷道的变形难题,采用理论分析、数值模拟及工程试验相结合的研究方法,综合研究了定向预裂切顶卸压技术及其关键参数,包括切顶角度、高度、炮孔药量及间距。基于曹家滩矿试验工作面工程地质情况,开展了切顶卸压数值模拟和现场试验,确定了合理的切顶卸压参数。研究结果表明,定向爆破切顶条件下动压巷道变形得到有效控制,超前支架前两架底鼓量减小50%,后四架底鼓量减小91%以上,厚硬顶板巷道围岩变形得到有效控制。

Abstract: In order to solve the deformation problem of dynamic pressure roadway under the influence of thick and hard roof, this paper comprehensively studies the directional presplitting roof cutting pressure relief technology and its key parameters, including roof cutting angle, height, blast hole charge and spacing, by using the research methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering test. Based on the engineering geological conditions of the test face in caojiatan mine, the numerical simulation and field test of roof cutting and pressure relief are carried out, and the reasonable parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief are determined. The research results show that under the condition of directional blasting roof cutting, the deformation of dynamic pressure roadway can be effectively controlled, the bottom heave of the first two supports can be reduced by 50%, the bottom heave of the last four supports can be reduced by more than 91%, and the surrounding rock deformation of thick and hard roof roadway can be effectively controlled.
