采空区下泥质软岩巷道底鼓机理与联合支护技术研究

Research on the mechanism of heave in soft rock roadway and the combined support technology

摘要: 针对采空区下近距离泥质软岩大巷存在底鼓严重、巷道维护困难等问题,分析了巷道围岩失稳的主要因素,基于Mohr-Coulomb强度准则,利用反演法得到地应力场的分布特征|采用研究平面应变问题的方法,确定巷道与煤层间的扰动尺度|根据矿井首采区1煤集中大巷的实际情况,对巷道底鼓机理进行分析,明确底鼓类型|基于关键部位支护原理,提出合理的支护方案。数值模拟结果表明,优化后的支护方案使围岩变形和底鼓得到有效控制,围岩完整程度显著提高,保证矿井安全生产。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as serious bottom heave and difficult roadway maintenance in No. 1 coal centralized roadway in Danhou Mine, combined with the field measurement data, based on the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion, the distribution characteristics of in-situ stress field are obtained by inversion method; Method to determine the disturbance scale between the roadway and the coal seam; according to the actual situation of the mine, analyze the mechanism of the roadway heave and determine the type of heave; based on the supporting principle of key parts, a reasonable support scheme is proposed. The numerical simulation results show that the optimized support scheme effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock and the heave, and the integrity of the surrounding rock is significantly improved to ensure the safe production of the mine.
