深部煤巷偏应力场分布特征及围岩控制研究

Study on distribution characteristics of deviating stress field and surrounding rock control of deep coal roadway

摘要: 针对受多重采动影响的深部巷道变形量大、支护困难等围岩控制问题,以赵庄煤矿33092巷为研究对象,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟等方式分析了受重复采动影响的深部煤巷围岩变形破坏形态,获得了深部巷道围岩偏应力分布特征及塑性区演化规律。研究结果表明:33092巷围岩偏应力S1和塑性区都呈倾斜的“8”字型分布,属于明显的非对称式破坏,现场巷道破坏形式与理论分析、数值模拟结果基本一致|基于偏应力和塑性区的非对称分布形态,提出了33092巷的非对称支护改进方案并在现场进行工业试验,试验结果表明该方案能维持巷道围岩的稳定性,保证巷道服务期内的安全使用。

Abstract: In view of the large amount of deep laneway deformation and support difficulties affected by multiple mining, the research object of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine 33092 Lane, through on-site research, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other ways to analyze the deformation and destruction pattern of deep coal lane surrounding rock affected by repeated mining, obtained the characteristics of deep lane surrounding rock bias stress distribution and the evolution law of plastic area. The results show that the "8" type distribution of the bias stress S1 and plastic area of 33092 lane-surrounding rock are skewed, which belongs to the obvious asymmetric destruction, and the form of on-site roadway destruction is basically the same as the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results Based on the asymmetric distribution pattern of bias stress and plastic area, the asymmetrical support improvement scheme of 33092 lane is proposed and the industrial test is put into practice immediately, and the test results reveal that the scheme can maintain the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and ensure the safe use of the roadway during the service period.
