孤岛工作面巷道围岩变形特征及修复加固技术研究

Research on deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in isolated working face of xiagou coal mine and its repair and reinforcement

摘要: 为探讨厚煤层孤岛工作面采动下巷道围岩变形破碎严重,锚固结构易失效等难题,以下沟煤矿ZF303运输巷为研究背景,通过围岩分析、现场钻孔窥视监测确定了影响运输巷围岩变形严重的主要因素。基于现场提出“锚网索+钢带+金属网+注浆”联合支护技术对巷道进行加固,并通过FLAC3D软件模拟证明其可行性。现场监测结果表明:与未修复加固段巷道相比,巷道注浆加固段顶板、底板和两帮最大变形量明显减少,巷道围岩裂隙基本被浆液充填,巷道围岩变形基本得到控制。

Abstract: The serious deformation and breakage of roadway surrounding rock and the easy failure of the anchoring structure under mining in isolated working face of thick coal seam are the urgent issue which need to be paid more attention in the multiple seams by repeated mining. Based on this problem,the ZF303 transport tunnel of Xiagou Coal Mine is taken as test road-way.Then it determines the main factors affecting serious deformation on surrounding rock of transport tunnel trough surrounding rock analysis and on-site drilling monitoring. It has proposed the combined support technology of "anchor net cable + steel belt + metal net + grouting" to reinforce the channel on site, and proved the feasibility by Flac3D software simulation. The field monitoring results show that the maximum deformation of roof, floor and two sides in the tunnel grouting reinforcement section is significantly reduced compared with that in the unrepaired tunnel, Furthermore, the cracks in the surrounding rock are almost filled by grouting material, and the overall stability of roadway surrounding rock is completely achieved.
