工程总承包项目进度计划编制探讨

Discussion on the preparation of the EPC project schedule

摘要: 在EPC总承包项目实施的计划体系中,进度计划是工程项目管理的重中之重,能够更加直观、科学、准确地反映工程实际实施进度和费用控制情况。文章提出将工程的人工时进度和工程费用权重相结合进行进度计划的编制方法,给出结合项目合同、实施计划和项目费用进行进度计划编制的程序,论述了这种进度与费用联合控制方法的优缺点。研究表明,该进度计划的数据能直观和准确地反应EPC总承包项目实施过程中的进度和费用执行联动情况,对于中型项目或项目群的管理更加便捷,便于高层管理人员全面管控所有总承包项目,以及管控总承包项目公司级的费用。

Abstract: In the planning system for the execution of EPC projects, the schedule plan is one of the top priorities of project management, and a reasonable and scientific schedule plan is the premise to ensure that the objectives of the EPC project can be achieved. The schedule plan compiled by combining the manhour schedule and cost weight can more graphically, scientifically and accurately reflect the actual executed progress and cost control of the project simultaneously. This paper analyzes the schedule preparation method, gives how to combine the project contract, execution plan and manhour weight for schedule preparation, and discusses the advantages of this monitoring system。
