近距离采空区下沿空留巷围岩稳定性控制技术

Surrounding rock stability control technology of gob-side entry retaining under short distance goaf

摘要: 为了解决近距离采空区下沿空留巷受多次采掘影响、留巷围岩变形严重的难题,以香源煤业3#煤层1304工作面沿空留巷工程地质条件为背景,采用数值模拟、理论分析研究了上煤层采空区底板应力分布与下煤层巷道变形特征,确定了近距离采空区下沿空留巷围岩控制对策,并提出了留巷“顶板注浆长锚索加固+实体煤帮与顶板高强高预紧力锚杆+巷内强力单体液压支柱+柔模混凝土墙体拉杆加固辅以单体支柱护墙”的非对称耦合控制技术。工程实践结果表明,研究开发的沿空留巷围岩控制技术对极近距离采空区下沿空巷道围岩的控制作用显著,有效限制了顶板破碎下沉及窄柔模墙体侧向挤出变形。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the gob-side entry retaining under short distance goaf is affected by multiple mining and the surrounding rock of the roadway is seriously deformed, taking the engineering geological conditions of gob-side entry retaining in 1304 working face of Xiangyuan coal mine 3# seam as the background. Using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the stress distribution law of the floor strata in the goaf of the upper coal seam and the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway in the lower coal seam are studied. The surrounding rock control countermeasures of the gob-side entry retaining under short distance goaf are determined. The asymmetric coupling control technology of “roof grouting long anchor cable reinforcement + solid coal wall and roof high-strength and high preload bolt + strong single hydraulic pillar in the roadway + flexible formwork concrete wall tie rod reinforcement supplemented by single pillar protection wall” is proposed. The engineering practice results show that the developed surrounding rock control technology has a significant control effect on the surrounding rock of the gob-side entry retaining under short distance goaf, and effectively limits the crushing and subsidence of roof and the lateral extrusion deformation of narrow flexible formwork concrete.
