机电设备物联网监测平台设计

Design of Electromechanical Devices IOT Monitoring Platform

摘要: 针对工业生产机电设备状态监测问题,依据物联网架构理论,设计了一套能够实现设备运行状态参数实时采集、传输、存储以及管理分析的机电设备物联网监测平台。智能嵌入式终端在ARM11硬件环境和Linux系统软件环境下开发,实现数据的实时采集和上传。采用Wi-Fi网络实现网络覆盖,完成系统数据的传输和交换。系统应用层包括Web服务器、数据库以及系统监控平台软件,实现系统数据的存储、分析以及系统的人机交互。

Abstract: For industrial production of mechanical and electrical equipment condition monitoring, on the basis of the theory of Internet architecture, Design a set of equipment running status parameters can be implemented in real-time collection, transmission, storage and management analysis of the mechanical and electrical equipment iot monitoring platform. Intelligent embedded terminal is developed by the method of ARM11 hardware environment and Linux System software environment, realize the data real-time acquisition and upload. Using Wi-Fi network to realize the coverage of network, the transmission and exchange of the data of system. The system application layer contains Web Service, database and System monitoring platform software, Implement the storage and analyzing of system data, and the Human–Computer Interaction of the system.
