基于内阻法的矿用锂电池高精度容量检测系统研究

摘要: 针对常见的锂电池容量检测方法存在测量精度低、限制条件多、灵活性差等问题,提出了一种基于内阻法的高精度锂电池容量检测方案。讨论了锂电池容量与内阻的关系,建立了锂电池荷电状态估算模型,并完成了系统的软硬件设计。该系统采用交流注入法在线检测电池的内阻,并根据内阻测量值分析计算电池容量。实验结果表明,该系统具有高精度、高可靠、灵活方便等优点。此外,系统还设计了温度、电压、电流等检测功能,实现电池参数的综合检测和分析。

Abstract: Common lithium battery capacity test methods have problems of low measuring precision, bad reliability, poor flexibility, the paper proposes a lithium battery capacity detection scheme with high accuracy based on internal resistance test method. In the paper, the relationship between lithium battery capacity and internal resistance is discussed, the estimation model of lithium battery charged state is established, and the hardware and software design of the system is completed. The system uses 4 wire AC inserting method to measure the intemal resistance of battery, and calculates the battery capacity according to the resistance. In addition, the system also achieves comprehensive testing and analysis of battery parameters, such as voltage, current, temperature.
