浮选水质硬度对煤泥润湿性及电动电位的影响

The influence of water hardness on fine coal wetting contact angle and zeta-potential

摘要: 为了研究水质硬度对煤泥颗粒润湿性及电动电位性质的影响,对煤泥颗粒在不同水介质中的润湿接触角及ζ-电位进行了测定分析,对煤泥在不同水介质中进行了浮选速度试验。研究表明:选煤厂循环水的硬度远高于生产补加清水的硬度,浮选用水的硬度对煤泥润湿接触角和ζ-电位具有显著影响|随着水的硬度增大,煤泥颗粒的润湿接触角逐渐减小、电动电位增加,浮选速率提高、选择性降低。

Abstract: To investigate the influence of water-hardness on fie coal wetting properties, the qualities of different water were tested, the contact angle, zeta-potential and flotation rate of fine coal particle in different water were analized in detail. The results show that the hardness of cycling water samples are much higher than the new adding water of the same plant, and the water hardness have great influence on fine coal wetting contact angle and zeta-potential concerning to particle floatability. In the same water ,the coarser particles are more hydrophobic than the finer particles,while the zeta-potential of coarse particle is lower than that of fine particles. With the increasing of water hardness,the hydrophobicity of coal particles increase ,while the zeta-potential of particle decrease, the flotation rate increase, while the selectivity reduce.
