泉店选煤厂中煤破碎再选工艺研究

Research and Application on Coal Gangue Separation Technology

摘要: 针对泉店选煤厂中煤灰分低,发热量高的问题,运用煤炭破碎解离相关技术,对中煤进行破碎规律研究,同时,结合现有工艺及现场空间,提出了现有煤泥水系统改造方案。结果表明:精煤产率约提高3.42%,年创效可达1315万元,效益显著。

Abstract: To solve the problem of environmental pollution of coal gangue heap to produce, in Datong hill mine coal gangue as the research object, on the basis of the characteristics of the analysis and research from the coal gangue in sorting out the included the feasibility of the technology. The research results show that the moving sieve jigging separation process to separation of the mine gangue, kaolin rock yield can reach 26.67%, ash 72.02%, separation effect is good. The successful application of the separation system, has important significance to improve the environment, and to achieve the purpose of the waste, created a considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
