孙家岔龙华煤矿块煤率提高技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Improve The Lump Coal Rate in Sunjiachalonghua Coal Mine

摘要: 为了提高矿井块煤率,孙家岔龙华煤矿结合采煤实际情况,针对影响块煤率的各个因素,从增加原煤生产源头块煤率和降低运输过程中块煤损失入手进行技术研究与应用,包括工作面煤体深孔预裂爆破、采煤机滚筒参数优化、破碎机锤头高度优化、带式输送机装载点改造及原煤仓螺旋溜槽的安装等。研究结果表明,经过技术研究应用后块煤率在原基础上提高了10%~12.5%。该技术的有效实施使矿井在市场低迷情况下仍然实现了较好的经济效益,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: Summary:In order to improve the lump coal rate,According to thevarious factors that influence the lump coal rate Sunjia Cha Longhua coal mineCombined with the actual situation,the technical research is carried out to increase the lump coal rate at the source of raw coal and reduce the loss of lump coal in the transportation process. Such as coal face loose blasting, coal drum parameters optimization, crusher hammer height optimization, tape machine loading point transformation and installation of raw coal silo chute. The results show that after the technical research and application of lump coal rate on the basis of the original increase of 10% -12.5%. The effective implementation of the technology to the mine in the market downturn is still under the circumstances to achieve a better economic benefits, with a certain practical value.
