摘要： 文章对神东矿区近年来(2014—2016年)综采工作面主运输巷可伸缩带式输送机典型故障进行统计分析。在对主运输巷带式输送机进行结构分析的基础上研究其故障规律，分析其故障原因，提出了降低故障的具体措施|最后提出了降低主运输巷带式输送机故障的建议。旨在提高设备生产运行的可靠性，对综采工作面主运输巷可伸缩带式输送机的运行维护、设计改进有重要的参考意义。
关键词: 综采工作面, 带式输送机, 故障统计, 降低故障措施
Abstract: This paper analyzed the typical failure of the extensible belt conveyor in Shendong mining area in recent years (2014-2016), studied the failure rule; analyzed the Failure reason; And the concrete measures to reduce the failure are put forward. aims to improve the reliability of the equipment operation, and has a very important reference significance to the operation and maintenance of the extensible belt conveyor.
