区域煤炭产业经济-资源-环境系统耦合协调发展分析

摘要: 将耦合协调度引入煤炭产业这一微观研究领域,以山西省为例,建立煤炭产业经济-资源-环境(ERE)系统耦合协调度评价指标体系,计算煤炭产业经济、资源和环境各子系统综合发展水平,构建耦合协调度发展模型,对经济-资源-环境系统耦合协调发展水平进行多维测度与分析。结果表明:2005—2015年期间,煤炭产业ERE系统耦合协调水平总体呈上升趋势,但处于0.3852~0.5228的濒临失调状态,并呈现“上升—下降—上升”的波动循环。经济、资源、环境二元系统间的耦合协调水平均处于轻度失调与勉强协调之间,经济子系统与环境子系统间的矛盾是制约煤炭产业整体协调发展的主要原因。

Abstract: Abstract: In this article, the coupling coordination into the microscopic research field of coal industry was introduced. The index system of the coordination of economic-resource-environment (ERE) in the coal industry and the calculating methods were put forward .It makes an empirical study and takes Shanxi Province as an example. The economic, resources and environmental development index of coal industry are analyzed respectively. Multidimensional measures are made for the coordinated development of subsystems, The results show that the coupling level of the ERE system in the coal industry is in the upward trend since 2005 to 2015, but it has been in the near-imbalance state of 0.3852-0.5228, and it shows a rising-down-rising fluctuation cycle, The level of coupling between economic, resource and environment is between mild mismatch and reluctance. The contradiction between economic resources subsystem and environmental subsystem is the main reason that restricts the overall coordinated development.
