深部高应力软岩巷道底板联合加固施工技术

摘要: 为了解决陈四楼煤矿深部软岩巷道中底板变形的问题,采用了“注浆+锚杆+锚索”联合加固技术,并结合陈四楼煤矿九采区泵房及变电所底板联合加固施工过程,详细分析和介绍了九采区底鼓变形机理、联合加固的作用原理及施工方法。观测结果表明,九采区泵房及变电所巷道底鼓现象得到了很好的控制,为以后相似工程提供了技术参考。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to solve the problem of bottom plate deformation in deep soft rock roadway, Chen Silou coal mine proposed a grouting + anchor + anchor cable reinforcement technology. In this paper, combined with the reinforcement construction process of the pump room and the substation floor in the No. 9 mining area of the Chensilou coal mine, the bottom drum deformation mechanism, the principle of joint reinforcement, and the construction method were analyzed and introduced in detail. The observation results indicate that the floor drum phenomenon in the pumping room and substation of the No. 9 mining area has been well controlled, providing a technical reference for future similar projects.
