重型液压支架搬运车链轮式提升装置研究

Research on Chain Wheel for Lift Device to Heavy Hydraulic Supprot Carrier

摘要: 针对支架搬运车臂式提升装置存在提升链长度无法调节、提升过程中液压支架横摆以及提升臂容易断裂等问题,提出了以圆环链轮替代提升臂的结构方案,通过分析提升机构工作时的运动过程及受力状态,研究矿用圆环链轮用于起吊提升的啮合行为,论证了圆环链轮用于重型液压支架搬运的可行性,并设计了防止咬链的半切型圆环链轮,给出了吊装用圆环链轮的加工工艺及检验方法,对圆环链轮式提升机构进行了优化设计,进一步提升了链轮式提升机构的吊装性能,优化后的链轮式提升装置经现场实际应用效果良好。

Abstract: According to the crane lift device problems of the chain length can't be adjusted and the hydraulic support rocked wildly in lifting and crane break easily, a new device scheme use chain wheel to replace crane is proposed. This paper research the meshing behavior of chain wheel used to lift device and adaptability of half chain wheel used to heavy lifting. The processing technology and the method of calibration about chain wheel is given, also optimized the parameters of lift mechanism, the new chain wheel lift device has been applied well in practice.
