矿用高频低功耗便携式无线振动传感系统设计

Research on mine portable wireless vibration sensing system with high frequency and low power consumption

摘要: 高频信号的低功耗无线传输在煤矿工作面一直存在技术难题。针对工作面的具体环境状况,结合多类无线总线通讯的特点,研制了一种基于蓝牙的无线振动传感器和具有安卓和嵌入式双内核的基于蓝牙和Lora的诊断分析系统。文章介绍了该系统的总体设计和详细设计与实现,利用该系统可实现对工作面多种不同类转子设备的振动诊断分析,保障工作面关键设备的长期稳定运行,降低工作人员的劳动强度。

Abstract: The low-power wireless transmission of high frequency signal has always been a difficult problem in coal face. According to the specific environment of working face and the characteristics of multi-class wireless bus communication, a kind of wireless vibration sensor based on Bluetooth and a diagnosis and a kind of analysis device based on Bluetooth and Lora with Android and embedded dual-core are developed in the research. The research has realized the vibration diagnosis analysis of different kinds of rotor equipment in the working face and ensured the long-term stable operation of key equipment in the working face, which can reduce the labor intensity of the staff.
