Study on the effect of feed height based on discrete element on the wear of tooth roller of sizing crusher

摘要: 文章以SSC1150分级破碎机实际给料高度2m为背景,利用SolidWorks建立分级破碎机双齿辊的三维模型,釆用Hertz-Mindlin with Archard Wear built-in 接触模型,通过黄金分割实验设计并结合SSC1150分级破碎机现场使用状况,采用DEM模拟软件对该分级破碎机双齿辊破碎过程进行模拟。通过改变给料高度来研究分级破碎机双齿辊的磨损情况,探究出适合该分级破碎机的最佳给料高度。模拟结果表明:适合SSC1150分级破碎机的最佳给料高度为1.809m。模拟结果可以为后续该分级破碎机升级改造、优化设计以及现场工艺布置参数提供参考。
