矿用防爆车辆智能稳速联合制动系统技术研究

Research on Intelligent and Stable Speed Combined Braking System Technology for Mine Explosion-Proof Vehicles

摘要: 针对矿用防爆车辆在长距离大坡度工况时高频次点刹制动,制动过程频发制动力不足、响应慢、车辆失速危险性高的安全隐患,文章基于智能检测和电液控制技术设计了一套矿用车辆智能稳速联合制动系统并以8°坡道为例进行参数设计及验证试验。试验结果表明:满载车辆在8°坡道下行时,该系统能够有效控制车辆行驶速度稳定在安全行驶速度,有效避免了车辆下坡过程中的高频次点刹制动,联合车辆行车制动杜绝了车辆坡道失速的发生,提高了矿用车辆驾驶员生命安全保障,降低车辆故障率,提升了煤矿生产效率。

Abstract: In view of the high-frequency brakes of mine explosion-proof vehicles in long-distance and large-slope conditions, the braking process has insufficient braking force, slow response, and high risk of vehicle stall. This paper is based on intelligent detection and electro-hydraulic control. The technology designed a set of mining vehicle intelligent steady speed combined braking system and took the 8° ramp as an example for parameter design and verification test. The test results show that the system can effectively control the running speed of the vehicle at a safe driving speed when the full-load vehicle is descending on the 8° ramp, effectively avoiding the high-frequency sub-brake braking during the downhill process of the vehicle, and the combined vehicle driving brake. Eliminate the occurrence of vehicle ramp stalls, improve the life safety of mine vehicle drivers, reduce vehicle failure rate, and improve coal mine production efficiency.
