摘要: 针对大功率智能化采煤机的发展与应用需求,制定了采煤机新型调高液压系统的方案,文章详细介绍了方案原理,给出了系统参数的计算过程和结果,阐述了系统的结构和功能特点,完成了系统结构的三维建模,并对比常规液压系统归纳了新型系统的性能优势,为自动化工作面采煤机液压系统的设计和改进提供了思路和方法。

Abstract: In view of the development and application requirements of high-power intelligent coal mining machine, the new hydraulic lifting system of coal mining machine is developed. This paper introduces the principle of the project in detail, gives the calculation process and results of the system parameters, and expounds the The structure and function characteristics of the system, completed 3D modeling of the system structure,and the performance advantages of the new system are summarized compared with the conventional hydraulic system, which provides ideas and methods for the design and improvement of the hydraulic system of the shearer in the automatic working face.
