综采工作面过冒顶区支护技术研究与应用

摘要: 针对综采工作面顶板破碎、稳定性差的问题,提出了工作面顶板控制技术,提出在综采工作面冒顶区煤壁前方开巷道进行顶板加固、马丽散化学注浆剂加固、罗克休泡沫充填三者相结合的顶板控制技术方案并进行研究,最后在小纪汗11217综采工作面进行现场应用。结果表明,该技术创新方案有效地控制了综采工作面的顶板,工作面围岩稳定性增强,实现了综采工作面的安全、高效回采。

Abstract: 【 Abstract 】:Aiming at the problem of broken roof and poor stability of fully mechanized mining face, a new idea of roof top control technology was put forward. The roof reinforcement was carried out in front of the coal wall in the roof of fully mechanized mining face, and Ma Lisan chemical grouting agent was strengthened. The roof control technology scheme combining Rock's foam filling and the three is applied in the field at the Xiaoji Khan 11217 fully mechanized mining face. The results show that the technical innovation scheme effectively controls the roof of the fully mechanized mining face, and the stability of the surrounding rock of the working face is enhanced, which realizes the safe and efficient recovery of the fully mechanized mining face.
