Power supply system transformation design of Wangwa Coal Mine

摘要:

为了提高煤矿供电系统的安全性和可靠性,避免后期二次改造造成重复投资和浪费等现象,采用合理的负荷统计和计算方法,从基础资料收集、计算分析、矿井电源和变电站主接线方式的确定、设备选型及电缆选择等方面,分析矿井供配电系统设计中的主要内容和常见问题,在此基础上,进行了王洼煤矿供电系统的改造设计。结果表明,该设计方案能够满足矿井的生产需要,提高了供电系统的可靠性和经济性,可帮助企业做好建设规划,对矿井供电系统的改造设计提供有效的支撑。

Abstract:

Power system design, the load statistics and calculation by reasonable methods, can provide an important basis for the selection of electrical equipment, transmission lines and relay protection device of coal mine power supply system, effectively support the analysis of mine power supply system, help enterprises to do a good job in construction planning, and avoid the phenomenon of repeated investment and waste. This paper takes the design of power supply system of Wangwa Coal Mine in Wangwa Coal Industry Company as an example, analyzes the content and common problems in mine power supply design from the aspects of basic data collection, calculation and analysis, the determination of the main connection mode of mine power supply and substation, equipment selection and cable selection, so as to provide experience for other engineering design.
