摘要: 淋涌水巷道顶板富水性分区是矿井支护设计的基础和前提。为了实现碱性淋涌水巷道条件下的富水性评价,本文选取了顶板松动圈范围、顶板裂隙发育程度、温度、湿度、pH值、淋水时间6个指标作为评价顶板富水性的主要指标。综合AHP(层次分析法)注重专家主观评价和熵权法注重数据绝对客观的特点,提出了将改进AHP和熵权法通过最小二乘法耦合的富水性指标权重计算方法。利用赵楼煤矿5305运输顺槽50组现场地质数据,进行了基于改进AHP法和熵权法耦合的淋涌水巷道顶板富水性评价,基于评价结果对赵楼煤矿5305运输顺槽强富水性区进行了支护设计,结果表明:针对富水顶板的支护设计能有效控制围岩松动圈发育以及顶板淋水状况,对全矿井和相似地质条件的东部煤矿具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: Water abundance evaluation of drenching tunnel is the premise for mine support design. In order to evaluate roof water abundance under the condition of alkaline water drenching tunnel, six indexes, including roof loose circle, crack growth degree, temperature, humidity, pH value and water drenching time, were selected as main indexes to evaluate the water abundance of roof. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) focuses on the subjective evaluation of experts and the entropy weight method focuses on objectivity of data. Synthesizing the characteristics of the above two methods, this paper proposes a weight calculation method of water abundance index by coupling the improved AHP and entropy weight method through the least square method. Based on the field geological data of 50 groups in 5305 transport channelling in Zhaolou Coal mine, the water abundance evaluation of the drenching roadway roof was carried out based on the improved AHP method and entropy weight method. And the support design for the high water abundance zone is carried out based on the evaluation results. The results show that: The support design for water drenching roof can effectively control the development of loose circle and the water drenching condition of the roof, which has a reference significance for the whole mine and the eastern coal mine with similar geological conditions.
