统计过程控制分析在干粉气化炉新煤种试烧 中的应用研究

Application of statistical process control analysis in the trial firing of new coal types for dry powder gasifier

摘要: 因气化原煤本身的不均匀性,干煤粉气化炉在操作过程中不可避免地存在某些工艺参数波动,进而对气化炉稳定性产生较大影响。本文选择受控率和影响粉煤加压气化过程稳定性的主要工艺参数,对某厂干粉气化炉气化过程进行统计过程控制分析,定量评估神优3煤新煤种在四台干粉气化炉试烧过程中运行的稳定性。研究表明,气化过程主要工艺参数的受控率均在95%以上,四台干粉气化炉整体运行稳定性较好。为进一步提升气化运行稳定性,建议调整气化炉压力和有效气含量的控制范围,改进煤粉流量和甲烷含量的分析测量精度,优化气化炉结构。统计过程控制分析方法可以较好地发现干粉气化炉在气化过程中关键工艺参数的波动,从而对气化炉生产过程提供指导作用。

Abstract: Because of the non-uniformity of raw coal gasification itself , fluctuations are inevitable in the operation of dry powder gasifier, which in turn have a large impact on the indicators of stable gasifier operation. In this paper, based on a dry pulverized gasifier of a plant, the controlled rate and key process parameters affecting the pressurized gasification process stability of pulverized coal are selected to conduct statistical process control analysis of the gasification process of the dry pulverized gasifier, and quantitatively assess the stability of the operation of Shenyou 3 coal in four dry pulverized gasifiers. The study shows that the controlled rate of all parameters is above 95%, and the overall operational stability of the four dry powder gasifiers is good. In order to further improve the stability of gasification operation, it is suggested to adjust the control range of gasifier pressure and effective gas content, improve the analysis and measurement accuracy of pulverized coal flow and methane content, and optimize the structure of gasifier. The statistical process control analysis method can well find some key process parameters fluctuation in gasification process of the dry powder gasifier, thus playing a better guiding role in the production process of the dry powder gasifier.
