河南省城市煤炭开采后可利用地下空间量估算

Estimation of available underground space after coal mining in cities of Henan province

摘要: 河南省因资源枯竭、非法开采、经营不当以及国家去产能政策等导致大量煤矿关闭/废弃,形成了大量的井筒、巷道、硐室和采空区等地下空间,为城市地下空间合理开发利用提供了基础条件。本文基于河南省煤矿统计数据和矿井地面数据、井下调研数据,采用比例系数法和采空区模型计算法对河南省煤矿井巷和采空区可利用地下空间进行了估算,获得井巷地下可利用空间5 265.97万 m3,采空区可利用地下空间180 255.21万 m3,空间上主要分布在全省的中部和西部城市。并对空间资源量超过10 000 m3的典型煤矿城市郑州市、平顶山市、三门峡市、鹤壁市和洛阳市提出了综合开发利用建议。

Abstract: a large number of coal mines in Henan Province have been closed / abandoned due to resource exhaustion, illegal mining, improper operation and the national capacity reduction policy, forming a large number of underground spaces such as shaft, roadway, chamber and goaf, which provide basic conditions for the rational development and utilization of urban underground space. Based on the coal mine statistical data, ground data and underground survey data of Henan Province, this paper estimates the available underground space of coal mine roadway and goaf in Henan Province by using the proportional coefficient method and goaf model calculation method. The available underground space of roadway and goaf is 52.659 7 million cubic meter, and the available underground space of goaf is 180.255 21 million cubic meter, which is mainly distributed in the central and western cities of the province. Suggestions on comprehensive development and utilization of Zhengzhou, Pingdingshan, Sanmenxia, Hebi and Luoyang, which are typical coal mining cities with space resources of more than 10 000 cubic meter, are put forward.
